RESUMO:
O projeto SP-MEX, sigla para Showroom Permanente e Modelo Experiencial, tem como tema principal práticas e tecnologias ecologicamente corretas. Trata-se de um local multifuncional, uma espécie de praça-escola. Uma praça com ambiente semi-controlado, coberta e com entrada supervisionada, já que produz energia limpa e alimento de origem vegetal e animal de qualidade, além de ser um ambiente agradável, educativo, profissionalizante, artístico e cultural. Não é, portanto, uma praça no modelo que se conhece, tal qual um largo de passagem ou para devaneio. Longe disso. Alinha o público ao privado, o social ao lucrativo e o produtivo (técnico, prático) ao belo.
Quando o projeto foi desenhado por André Luís Roque Cardoso em 2004 como BSG (Brasil na Serra Gaúcha) o SP-MEx tinha outro formato, priorizando o aspecto da motivação ao comportamental ético. No entanto, algo já havia em comum, por essência:desde o princípio, visando a segurança preventiva. O SP-MEx atual, formato de janeiro de 2017 do BSG, prioriza a agricultura biológica urbana e aspectos educacionais correlatos. E, assim, a esfera turística que tinha o outro formato foi trocada pelo reforço na dimensão produtiva alimentar mais propriamente social, num ambiente não mais aberto como seria uma praça comum, mas semi-controlado, com horários estabelecidos para visitas e com uma importante área reservada para aulas, palestras e pequenas apresentações artísticas, incluindo também um novo conceito de alinhamento entre a produção de alimentos e a arte, o "pulchrum", que o autor do projeto chama de arteponia.
A primeira petição, após aprovada em Piracicaba, foi colocada no site Avaaz.org. E todos os ligados à área estão convidados a somar neste projeto como puderem.

Good afternoon! All right? I send this email to you so that you know an immortal project for Brazil. I want you to read the contents of the petition. And, please, help us to make this project a reality, being part of this petition and accompanying our work. I wrote this in Portuguese and translated it into Polish and English. · PROBLEM:
The world today suffers from a kind of misery that has reached all social classes: it is the moral misery, the ethical misery. Main root of lack of discernment, main root of lack of mundial wisdom; and, mainly, source of daily violence.
Never has man been so afraid of his own kind; and he has never been so much a victim of his doubts. In the name of pluralism, humanity was divided; and the human being isolated. And in the name of a badly thought-out equality (not justice but envy), the world trend is stopped talking about enriching the poor, in similar, real opportunities, for a discourse of hatred against the most rich or most backers. Reason why the theme of unit and unity (alignment of ideas and goals) for the common good has never been so important.
However, the Brazil, in addition to suffering from the scourge of moral misery (which today the whole world knows even in its miserable politicians, corrupt, mega-thieves), also suffers from the crown of thorns of ignorance, poor public education; and evil medical care, a bad health. And as if that were not enough disgrace, the Brazilians have a shameful thing called the "favelas": despite the exceptions, are usually very ugly set of houses, abandoned by the public administration. The poor neighborhoods are degrading not only by the aesthetic aspect, but mainly because the favelas are like enormous temples of cult of the poverty, to the poor food, to the abandonment of the health.
And the "cult" to the ugly, to the misery in all areas, doesn't come from the poor, optionally. They don't want to live in misery. Except a Franciscan religious, who would choose to live in misery?They only get accustomed and imagine that the rich are much richer than they really are. This cult - a metaphorical word, on purpose - comes from the public omission. In the case of Brazil, which has one of the highest income taxes in the world. If it were not so, it would be an omission from the public and private sectors.
· SOLUTION: SP-MEx
We must end this history of war between the poor and the rich. It is necessary to make them understand who really are and what they need. Except a Franciscan religious, who would choose to live in misery? It is necessary to make the public sector talk honestly with the private sector. It is very important that the productivity and the technician react (review) the friendship with the harmonious, the beautiful. And for these dialogues and learning, it is necessary to set up a center, a meeting point. But not a meeting point to gossip, theorize. No. It is necessary to make a meeting point that produces healthy foods while producing education, art and culture. Practical and at the same time beautiful nuclei, pleasant. Because we all know that the art that most influences the human being has always been and always will be the architecture associated with conviviality. After architecture comes music as the second art that most influences human behavior. Art comes from values, which generate values. And thus, what must be the place where high quality food of vegetable and animal origin is produced; which at the same time is school, has an area reserved for the amphitheater; and at the same time be pleasant, beautiful and ecologically correct? We're talking about a place that resembles a kind of school-square. An area that is an experiential model of ecologically and morally correct practices and technologies; and, at the same time, a permanent showroom. So that the social is aligned with the lucrative.
This polyvalent place is fundamental to recover the dignity of all, but mainly of the less favored. An inspiring place, but above all productive. A visitable place, but also controlled by security and schedules, entry and exit. A controlled place, guarded, but above all involve the community in its development and maintenance. Therefore, a place that needs to have its environment semi-controlled, covered, airy and facilitator of proactive activities, stimulating virtues like diligence, but mainly nourishing the malnourished. Quality food!
Project Creator:
This place, designed by Prof. André Luís Roque Cardoso (Zootecnista, specialist in animal and human behavior, postgraduate in Education and graduating in Legal Sciences), has received this name: Permanent Showroom and Experimental Model of Practices and Technologies morally or ecologically correct (SP-MEx).
Barrier in Brazil:
It is a project that was born of a social work that Mr. Cardoso is doing a youthful neighborhood of the city of Piracicaba-SP, Brazil. And that was presented to Mr. Evandro Evangelista, Secretary of SEMTRE (Municipal Department of Labor and Income, Piracicaba). Mr. Evandro promised Mr. Cardoso that he will do everything possible for this project to be federal, starting with Piracicaba. But Mr. Evandro also told him that it was not possible to ensure that he could achieve such an accomplishment, however much he, Evandro, had understood the importance, necessity, and greatness of the project.
· UNION INVITATION
For this reason, this petition is being elaborated. We want the institutions involved in the common good, mainly linked to education, clean energy generation, healthy food production, engineering, technologies linked to aquaculture and aquaponics, art and culture of life to join the SP-MEx project in order to Guarantee the construction of this polyfunctional environment, with a responsible look for good education, good nutrition and environment conducive to ethical and cooperative behavior.
