We are outraged by the treatment and neglect given to us players. Tired by neglect, rule changes in the middle of the game without notice, and followed bugs and events that are good for nothing, except cause us to spend large amount of gold (money). We understand that every company seeks to profit, but the company in question forgot that your product is sold to the fun. And this product is totally different from what the game gave us at the beginning. We request a review of the decision of the decrease of XP, cash and points of activities offered in Survival.
Main points of dissatisfaction:
- Decreased activity points, XP and cash offered in Survival without consideration for us players / customers. To balance Missions and Survival as the company wants, we want improvements be made to the missions, and not worsen the survival.
- Events discriminatory. Only they can actually participate in the events who spends large amounts of gold (money). "Jah Bandulu", "Eddy Frost" and most recently "Lucky Devil" are the best examples.
- In the event "Lucky Devil" was announced we would get legendary items, including the advertising of the event appeared in-game items, which did not exist in the game and they were the most attractive and desired. Several players spent much gold (money) looking for items that would never come as TNT XXL Legendary, Epic Energy drink and Skill Medical epic.
- Game that seeks only profit and forget the fun, the main objective of any game.
